Dr Ismail Ibraheem is an associate professor of journalism and communication studies and Acting Director of International Relations, Partnership and Prospects (IRPP) at the University of Lagos. Dr Ibraheem is an innovative, dynamic and creative professional and international education practitioner with over 28 years of cross-functional and cross-sector local and international experience. He had made a difference in the various roles he had occupied over the years and he had proven ability to develop programmes and organisations out of nothing. Ismail am an astute manager, stewarding organisations, managing dynamic internal and external relations and making effective resourcing decisions to maximise impact.
