Wendy Alexander is Vice Principal, International at the University of Dundee where she leads the University’s international strategy. Wendy is Scottish Government International Trade Envoy for Higher Education with a particular focus on Asia, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh and a Patron of Social Investment Scotland. Prior to that she led global recruitment, programmes and operations at London Business School. As a Member of the Scottish Parliament (1999-2011), she served in the first three Scottish Cabinets, holding the Enterprise and Lifelong Learning and Transport and Communities portfolios. Previously she worked in international strategy consultancy.
