Prof (Dr) Gunjan M Sanjeev is a versatile institution builder driving Internationalization of higher education initiatives at Amity-setting up of international campuses, fostering International linkages, International Accreditations, Creating study abroad opportunities and enhancing the learning experience of international students. She has traveled extensively to the USA, UK, France, Ireland, Singapore and Sri Lanka for collaborations with foreign Universities.
She has been spearheading comprehensive internationalization of higher education for over fifteen years now representing her institutions at initiatives by British council, AACSB and other international organizations at US, UK and other parts of Europe.
She has held senior academic leadership roles for top foreign universities-namely, Oxford Brookes University, U.K. and University of Bradford, U.K. at their India campuses and has been instrumental in successfully leading QAA visits and validation processes of Business programmes for award of UK degrees.
Her research papers have won awards in various prestigious forums, namely, Outstanding paper award 2013 & First category award for a case study proposal 2011 by Emerald Publishing UK; IIM, Lucknow 2005 ; COSMAR 2005, IISc, Bangalore; conference by PSU, US & OBU, UK 2011; Fore school of Management, N. Delhi 2013.
She is a guest editor to five special issues of a Scopus-indexed journal “Worldwide Hospitality and Tourism Themes” published by Emerald Publishing, U.K.( Years 2010/12/16/19/21-forthcoming) and is also on the editorial board of several reputed journals. She has also carried out Executive Development Programs , also as a visiting faculty of IIM, Ahmedabad including on “Asset- Liability Management” for senior officials at Power Finance Corporation of India and “Advanced cost Management “ for Alchemist Group. She is a member of prestigious organizations; Institute of International Education (IIE), New York and Association of International Education Administrators (AIEA), USA.
